These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the 10 Second Spanish mobile app (the "App"), operated by ENKIVA GLOBAL LLC. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.

Using the app

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the App, and you're responsible for the activity that happens on your account. Please keep your login credentials secure.

Your content and conduct

The App is a language-learning product; it isn't a place to post public content. Please don't try to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the App, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription, purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google according to their own terms — refer to Apple's standard EULA or the Google Play Terms of Service for details on how purchases through those stores work.

Intellectual property

The App, including its videos, characters, exercises, and branding, belongs to us. You're welcome to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial language learning — please don't copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is." We work hard to keep lessons accurate and the app running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Changes to the app or these terms

We may update the App or these Terms as the product evolves. If we make significant changes to these Terms, we'll let you know in the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, USA.
